Marli values life-long learning and growth, and this is underpinned by her experience as a Vice President (Executive GM) position within a global pharmaceutical company, as well as achieving leadership roles in the healthcare sector including in clinical practice, public health, health policy, management, training, mentoring and coaching.
She is passionate about harnessing the power of the human mind, and her approach integrates neuroscientific based research and principles with her extensive leadership, medical and coaching experience and skills. This enables the people she works with to understand and discover how their minds operate, and how to overcome perceived blocks and limitations, banish overwhelm and stress, and to know exactly what they want, achieve that, and be truly fulfilled.

Her qualifications include: Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Certified NLP Trainer; Professional Coaching, Hypnosis, Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery, Masters in Public Health (Health Services Management and Health Policy). She is the founding Director of Synapse Coaching Pty Ltd.
