How do great leaders inspire everyone to take action?

Recently I’ve been talking with a number of clients who are searching for their “purpose” or their “why”

When you follow your purpose, your dream, people are drawn to your cause… because they believe what you believe and can imagine the possibilities.

Think of King’s: I Have A Dream speech… he didn’t tell people what to do or how to do it… he inspired a country to change for the good of everyone in the human race.

Start with your purpose, live your purpose, and love your life.
Achieve fulfilment.

When I was a child, The Sound of Music was very popular – I still know ALL the words!! (Yes I am teased about that still too!)
And on my walk this morning, the song: Climb Every Mountain came to mind.

Here are the words:

Climb every mountain,
Search high and low,
Follow every byway,
Every path you know.

Climb every mountain,
Ford every stream,
Follow every rainbow,
‘Till you find your dream.

A dream that will need
All the love you can give,
Every day of your life
For as long as you live…
