Wellbeing – What does it actually mean to you?
Wellbeing is one of those words that has so many definitions.
How it translates into your personal subjective experience can also look different to different individuals.
Wellbeing is a key word in the WHO definition of Health: “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”
I believe wellbeing is important.
It is important to understand what it means to each of us, and how it shows up in different contexts of our lives. Whether that is in our health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual domains); our work; our social and community interactions, our environment.
I love helping individuals with total wellbeing.
Including experiencing happiness, abundance, health, fulfilment.
